    Dr Li, thank you, circulation in my right leg with a replaced knee some 15 years ago is generally excellent except when I wake up in the morning, then it tingles and clearly has some circulation issues in the last year, I am 79, walk 1 to 2 miles a day, do some yoga in the morning, have been a vegetarian since my 20s then vegan these past 10 years, smoked in my 20s but ran marathons in my 30s distance biking (200 miles in a weekend) in my 40s with children. No prescriptions. Anything I can do for that right leg a bit of scoliosis so right knee was damaged running marathons.

    Dr li I have been taking lisinopril for hypertension. I’d like to be able to start eating grapefruit again since I’m not taking the Stanton that I was taking before. Is it possible to start doing so now?

    Would my bladder problems be able to be reversed.? I self medicated with ketimine to cure my bi polar, depresion and adhd. The therapy seems to have worked and I am now able to live a proper life but the down side is the bladder problems. I am a horticulrist, I grow my own food and herbs and also learning medicinal aspectects of plants.

    Saturated fats are far better than unsaturated [especially PUFAs (PolyUnsaturated Fats)]. Get Dr. Joseph Mercola's free email every day: MUCH great information. Also, natural, unprocessed Salt is actually GOOD for you: we NEED salt (not processed, added salts).

    You want LOTS of animal fat! And clean MCT oil/caprylic 8 or 10 oil gives the ketones needed to burn fat. I started taking a tablespoon at night before sleep and belly fat FINALLY started melting. We also cook with it, as well as Kerry Gold butter and pure 100% olive oil from Greece. We get our meat from a farmer who pasture-raises the animals and they’re grass-fed. This makes them high in Omega 3, Vitamins A,B,D,E,K. Vitamin K is critical for heart health. The farmer shares his story on his website and he has shared with me in person what he eats on a daily basis. Beef, pork, bacon, hard cheeses, drinks heavy whipping cream, and a few berries sometimes. He eats an equal amount of pasture-raised grass-fed butter with every bite of meat. He eats several truly free roaming chicken eggs every day. We get eggs from him. They’re a beautiful orange color of truly natural eggs. He’s been eating like this for 4 years. Before he started eating like that☝🏼, he was diabetic, his triglycerides were off the chart, his blood pressure was high. He felt tired and was in pain all the time. He has lost 100+ pounds and all his numbers are in the low to mid-optimal range. We started eating like this around 5 weeks ago. We’ve lost weight, body pain has vanished, we have more energy and strength. Our skin has cleared and looks beautiful. We’re in our 60’s. We thought we were done before learning about the carnivore lifestyle, the need for lots of animal fats, and the toxicity in plant foods and seed oils. Fat is critical, not just for the body but also for the brain. There are lots of doctors doing vids about healing dementia with butter. Harvard doctors are explaining how lots of the right fats heal dementia and relieve anxiety. Kerry Gold butter is the only pasture-raised grass-fed butter we’ve been able to find in grocery stores. I’m on the hunt for a local farmer that offers it. I watched a vid yesterday where the doctor said to have a day of eating just lots of butter. We also top eggs with some organic FULL FAT Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt, olive oil and MCT oil help with the constipation issue that can happen with eating carnivore. One of our neighbor friends went carnivore 7 weeks before we started. She had already lost 16 pounds and her numbers were perfect. We make Dr Berg’s fat bombs…delish. And there are carnivore ice cream recipes. The easiest is egg yolks and heavy whipping cream. Also delish! We also eat OMAD…one meal a day. If we eat before noon, we might have a snack of meat and cheese roll-ups or a fat bomb around 5’ish. We’re getting much better sleep now, too. I love learning in the past couple of days that coffee grows telomeres. So we have our morning coffee with heavy whipping cream and a little monkfruit which doesn’t raise blood sugar.👍🏼
